64-degree, or sous-vide, eggs are a really easy and failsafe way to cook eggs. You will need an immersion water heater for the sous vide process. Place your immersion water heater in a saucepan and set it to 64°C. Add the eggs and cook them for 40–45 minutes. Tip: If you like the yolks less cooked, then set the temperature to 63°C.
