2 bunches chives 1 bunch watercress 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley 1 bunch chervil ½ bunch dill
Wash and dry all the herbs. Slice the chives into 1 cm batons. Pick the leaves off the rest of the herbs, discarding the stalks. Lightly toss all the herbs together. Note: This is a great addition to a green salad, and is not just a garnish.
