Yuzu aïoli

Ingredients

250 ml Aïoli (see left) 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar 2 teaspoons yuzu juice 1½ teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon dashi powder ½ teaspoon hot English mustard powder

Method

Put the aïoli in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all the other ingredients, then slowly add these to the aïoli until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
