Porridge with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries

Ingredients

4 large tbsp of ‘Strawberry jam’ 12–16 fresh strawberries 20 basil leaves Olive oil 1 lemon, zested

Method

1 Make and serve the porridge on individual plates. It’s important to spread the porridge in a flat, even layer, like a risotto. Tap the bottom of the plate to help flatten your porridge. 2 Cut up fresh strawberries and toss them in the jam. Place 6–8 pieces around the top of the porridge. Garnish with basil leaves, olive oil, and freshly zested lemon. 3 Eat straight away.
