Ingredients

80g parsley 60ml olive oil 1 small clove of garlic 20ml apple balsamic vinegar 60ml Chardonnay grape juice (Voelkel in Denmark) 20g capers 8g anchovies 1g sugar 0.5g salt

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix them until the texture is smooth and fully combined.
