160g roasted tahini ½ clove of garlic 150ml water 60ml olive oil 16ml toasted sesame oil 40ml apple balsamic vinegar 24ml soy sauce 4g sugar 2g piment d’Espelette 2g salt
1 Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix them until the texture is smooth and fully combined. 2 Keep the tahini dressing in a jar and store it in the fridge.
